By order dated January 18, 2023, appeal no. 5181/2022, the Supreme Court has admitted for processing the appeal filed by the Provincial Council of Pontevedra, the issue of cassational interest being the determination of the effects of the unconstitutionality declared in the ruling of the Constitutional Court 182/2021, dated October 26, 2021.
Specifically, the Supreme Court must specify which consolidated situations are not susceptible to challenge based on the unconstitutionality declared in the ruling of October 26, 2021.
