Guillermo Hernández González-Meneses

Guillermo Hernández González-Meneses before joining ProLaw-Iberia Abogados, he was a Founding Partner of Iberia Abogados, and before that a partner of Dulith Abogados and JAUSAS, starting his career in Garrido Asesores.
His professional practice is primarily focused on commercial and tax law, where he has advised on a multitude of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) operations, as well as Bankruptcy Law. He specializes in Restructuring, Investment and Divestment processes.
In addition to his legal duties, he serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for several companies and business groups
