Laura Cañada Cámara is a lawyer-economist with experience in tax, commercial and corporate law advice. Prior to joining ProLaw she worked in the accounting department of Belfast Education and Library Board.
Her professional practice has focused on the tax and commercial fields, specifically:
- Providing advice on company incorporation services, statutory reforms, negotiation, and formation of shareholders' agreements.
- National and international taxation
- Assistance and advice in any tax procedures developed by the Spanish tax administrations.
- Preparation and filing of the corresponding appeals before the courts of the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.
- Preparation and filing of the corresponding economic-administrative claims against tax settlement acts.
